Super Eagles striker and reigning Africa Player of the Year, Victor Osimhen received a grand welcome in Turkey in the early hours of Tuesday ahead of his loan move to the Turkish Super Lig champions, Galatasaray, Nigeriasoccernet.com can report.
Following his failed deadline-day move to Chelsea, Victor Osimhen has remained in the news after Antonio declared him unwanted in his squad, leaving many guessing what lies ahead of the superstar.
However, with the Turkish Super Lig transfer window still on, the Nigerian accepted to join Galatasaray on loan, keeping his dreams of remaining in Europe alive and his ambition of playing European football alive.
"Osimhen’s release clause will be €75m with Napoli option to extend until 2027. Loan move to Gala until June 2025, €9/10m salary covered. No buy option, no obligation," reports transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano via his X account.
