Jose Mourinho believes Harry Kane will stay at Tottenham, thanks to Daniel Levy's burning desire to not sell their star asset.
"Him signing a new contract, I don’t know. I would say that [Kane stays] probably is what is going to happen. I don’t see Mr Levy with the desire to sell him,” the former Spurs manager told TalkSport.
"Of course Harry was very clear before the Euros but I don’t see Levy open for that, but only they know."
Asked if he had messaged Kane ahead of Sunday's Euro 2020 final, Mourinho added: "Yes that’s what I do. Even to my Roma players with Italy. I told them I leave them in peace. I know for Harry how important it is, his desire to win titles, it will be his first one of his career.
"But really I leave him in peace because that’s what the players need. He knows the people that like him and we love that we are with him."
