Galatasaray have proved unsuccessful in their attempts to land Leicester City midfielder Nampalys Mendy, Foot Mercato reports.
An agreement was apparently in place between both sides although the player's representative has confirmed it has not been possible to complete the move.
Yacine Ayad said: "With Galatasaray and Leicester, we tried everything to try to get him to Istanbul on Wednesday. But the timing was too tight and did not allow us to be able to carry out the medical examination on time. It is fate."
