Newly Promoted to Turkish League Giresunspor have signed Aziz Behich from ?stanbul Ba?ak?ehir on 1 year contract. The Giresun based club who finished 2nd in 1.LIG last season have added the Australian left back to their squad, who will be playing in 1st division for the first time since 1977. Aziz is also of Turkish & Cyprus descent, is familiar with Turkish league as he has had spells in the past. He won 19-20 League title with Basaksehir & was loaned to Kayserispor last season where he made 29 Appearances. He was with Bursaspor for 5 seasons from 13-18 signed from Melbourne Heart & in his first season he was loaned to Australian Side as per deal. In 2018 after WC, he joined PSV but it didn't work well for him as returned to Turkey after just one season with Istanbul club. He has 40 INT caps scoring twice & also won AFC Asian Cup in 2015.
