According to Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal offered Anderlecht € 17.5 million for Belgian midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga, with additional € 4 million being offered in the form of bonuses.
Anderlecht insists on getting at least 15% of any future transfer fee were Arsenal to sell the 21-year-old, but an agreement has not been reached on the clause yet.
Sambi Lokonga appeared in 27 Jupiler Pro League games this past season, recording 3 goals and 2 assists while starting 79% of games for Anderlecht.
