Several Bundesliga clubs have reportedly entered the race to sign Nigerian midfielder Anthony Dennis, with growing interest in the Goztepe star ahead of the new season, writes Nigeriasoccernet.com.

According to transfer expert Ekrem Konur, Hoffenheim, Mainz, Augsburg and Stuttgart are among the German clubs monitoring the 22-year-old defensive midfielder. Dennis has also attracted interest from clubs in England, Spain and Turkey.

Goztepe reportedly rejected a €3.3 million offer from Belgian Pro League side Anderlecht last summer, with the Turkish club now believed to value Dennis at around €8 million. However, a potential deal could cost interested clubs close to €10 million.

Dennis joined Goztepe from HB Academy Abuja in July 2023 and has since developed into an important player for the Turkish Super Lig outfit.

The midfielder, who has previously received an invitation to the Super Eagles, has one year remaining on his current contract at Goztepe, increasing speculation over his future.

A move to the Bundesliga could represent a significant step in Dennis' development, with several German clubs now reportedly keeping a close eye on his situation.
