AC Milan executives Paolo Maldini and Fredric Massara might propose a swap deal involving Franck Kessie and Thiago Alcantara in January, according to Il Milanista via Sport Witness (h/t Liverpool Echo).
This summer, Franck Kessie was linked with a move to Liverpool. The 24-year-old Ivorian is in the final year of his San Siro deal. Kessie may be included in a January swap deal for Thiago Alcantara, despite the fact that he has yet to sign a new contract extension with the club.
AC Milan is hesitant to lose the player for free next summer and is looking for a fair swap that would satisfy all parties.
