Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen says he is playing for a big club already and that he’s not ready to leave the Serie A side despite news of big clubs making enquiries, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Bayern Munich was reported last week Wednesday to have held a closed door meeting on a possible move for the 24 year-old with the Bundesliga giant offering €100m.
Osimhen however in an interview with TG5 assured Napoli fans there is no need for him to leave the club despite interest from the European big guns.
“It was tough for me to make my dream come true of becoming a professional football player and now we are about to win for the first time. I’m at a great club and my career is growing constantly,”Osimhen said.
“I am already at one of the biggest clubs and I could not ask for more. Forza Napoli always.”
The Nigeria international is the leading scorer in Serie A with 21 goals from 25 outings.
