Trabzonspor's manager, Abdullah Avci, has dismissed concerns over Paul Onuachu's injury following the club's Turkish Cup semi-final victory against Fatih Karagumruk. Nigeroasoccernet.com reports.
Onuachu, who scored in the 4-0 win, left the pitch shortly after due to an injury sustained during an aerial duel.
As Trabzonspor gear up to face Besiktas in the cup final, aiming for their tenth triumph, having last won the competition in the 2019-2020 season, Onuachu is fear to be sidelined from the action.
Avci however has assured that it's not a serious condition, stating, “We learned that it is not a serious condition, it is a spasm-like condition.
“I think he will be ready by the end of the week," as reported by Taka Gazette.
The Nigeria international has registered 12 goals in 17 league appearances alone.
