Tope Obadeyi Joins Dundee United

Scottish Premier League side Dundee United have completed the signing Ex England youth international who is of Nigerian descendant Tope Obadeyi on a two year deal. Obadeyi formally of Bolton Wanderers initially refused Dundee United offer but the 26 year old later made a U-turn after the club pulled the plug on the deal by accepting their contract proposal.

He has spent the last two years with Kilmarnock with nine goals to his name from 44 appearances in all competitions for the man who was at a time a strike partner to Liverpool and England forward Daniel Sturridge during his formative years at Birmingham City and at Bolton Wanderers.

Since leaving Bolton Wanderers in 2012 he has had spells with 8 different teams playing for six different teams in the lower tie of English football plus a spell with Portuguese side Rio Ave before noving to Scotland where he spent two years with Kilmarnock.
