The two club sides reached an agreement for the Super Eagles striker a couple of days ago, and the deal is almost done and dusted.
Transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, reports that the goal poacher has arrived "England ahead of medical tests as new Wolves player from Genk".
He reports that the deal is 100% done, as Tolu is seen in a photograph with his agent, Christian Emile from CAA Base.
The deal is reported to be in the region of €27m.
