Reports say the players have played down their bonus row and insisted it will not affect the team in Thursday's 2026 World Cup play-off vs Gabon.
A post from the team's captain, William Troost Ekong, on X also reinforced the situation that the issues have been resolved.
"Issue RESOLVED. Outstanding financials cleared and on the ground. Team is UNITED and focused as before on representing NIGERIA with our maximum for the games ahead!"
The players boycotted training on Tuesday, prompting the Nigeria Football Federation and the country’s sports commission to step in.
