Super Eagles Enjoy Boat Cruise In Ismailia Ahead AFCON 2019

Super Eagles and their officials took time off from their intensive training programme on Friday to enjoy boat cruise and have a feel of the City of Ismailia, reports Completesports.com.

The three-time African champions arrived Ismaila on last Sunday for the final lap of their preparations for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.

The players and their coaches cruised on the Suez Canal to cool off on Friday morning.

“We took time off our tough #TotalAFCON2019 training routine this morning to go on a tour of the Suez Canal in Ismailia. Very pleasant experience #SoarSuperEagles #Team9jaStrong,” reads a tweet on the official Twitter handle of the Super Eagles.

Gernot Rohr’s charges will take on the Terangha Lions of Senegal in their last friendly game at the Ismailia Stadium on Sunday.

The Super Eagles are in Group B of AFCON 2019 and they will begin their campaign against Burundi on June 22.

They will round up their group outings against the Syli National of Guinea on June 26 and debutants Madagascar on June 30.
