The Super Eagles we're ruthless in a African Cup of Nations warm up match against a local Dubai club side on Sunday Abu Dhabi training facility behind closed doors, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The West African giants who are in Abu Dhabi to prepare for the AFCON thumped the indigenes 12-0 in a dominating performance.

The Jose Peseiro side crowned a brilliant display with a 6-0 whitewash in the first half with Atalanta BC striker, Ademola Lookman notching four goals while Napoli star man, Victor Osimhen bagged a brace.

The rout continued in the second 45 as 6 more goals were scored by the 3-time African champions courtesy of 2 goals from substitute Moses Simon, a goal from Sadiq Umar, Ahmed Musa get each and 2 own goals from their opponents.

Substitute goalkeeper, Olorunleke Ojo who came in for Francis Uzoho in the second half saved a penalty to keep a clean sheet for Nigeria.

The Super Eagles who kick starts their campaign of the AFCON in 7 days time against Equatorial Guinea play against the Syli National of Guinea at Bani Yas Stadium on Monday.
