Hearts have suspended midfielder Issah Mumuni as the club prepares to hand out disciplinary action against players indicted in a leaked tape.

The 18-year is captured on tape mocking the club’s downward spiral in the Ghanaian top-flight in an explosive leaked audio recording which has rocked the club.

The former Dreams FC youngster was heard lambasting management for failing to honour their obligations and questioned the competence of under-fire coach Herbert Addo.

He lashed out at the club and seemed thrilled with their patchy run in the top-flight this season.

The club’s top hierarchy has been angered by the latest development and have moved quickly to avert a potential player revolt in the wake of their sorry performances.

They have handed the youngster an indefinite suspension while goalkeeper Tetteh Luggard as well as Vincent Atinga are uinder investigations.

Hearts players are unpaid for several months which has culminated in a series of shambolic performances on the domestic scene.

While coach Herbert Addo is under siege to resign, others have accused the players of sabotage in the running episode.

The former African champions have not won the League title since 2009 and are currently 12th on the log standings.
