Desiree Ellis, the head coach of South Africa's Banyana Banyana, has revealed a 24-player squad set to contest the 2024 Olympic Games qualifier against Nigeria's Super Falcons, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Ellis announced the squad on Saturday morning ahead of the team's final training session before their journey to Abuja.
The initial 30 man list, carefully curated by the seasoned tactician, comprises three goalkeepers, eight defenders, seven midfielders, and six strikers.

Notable names such as prolific striker Thembi Kgatlana, Linda Motlhalo, Refiloe Jane, Jermaine Seoposenwe, and Hildah Magaia feature prominently in the roster.
The African champions will embark on their journey to Abuja for the final qualifying round contest on Easter Monday.
Banyana Banyana is scheduled to face off against the Super Falcons in the initial leg at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja, next Friday.
The fierce rivals will then collide in the reverse fixture in Pretoria on Tuesday, April 9.
