Nigeria Cyriel Dessers was on the score sheet to hand victory to his side, Cremonese in their match day 30 Italian Serie A tie against compatriot, Tryonne Ebuehi and Empoli on Friday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The super Eagles striker, scored the only goal of the game as US Cremonese got their second consecutive league win, with a [1-0] victory at Stadio Giovanni Zini.
The goal came in the third minutes and twenty-two seconds after a long ball from Leonardo Sernicola was well controlled by the Nigerian with his chest and hit with his left foot to give the relegation-threatened side the lead.
The goal which proved the winner at the end became the second fastest scored by Cremonese in Serie A this season after the one also scored by the Nigerian forward against Spezia. It is his sixth goal of the league season.
Meanwhile, his compatriot David Okereke played 23 minutes while Tyronne Ebuehi featured for Empoli all through out the duration of the game.
