In her announcement, the award-winning singer wrote:

The collaboration marks another major global moment for Nigerian superstar Burna Boy, whose international influence continues to grow across music and sports entertainment.
“Dai Dai” is expected to serve as one of the signature anthems for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which United States, Canada, and Mexico will jointly host.
