The Rossoneri endured an active transfer window, bringing in the likes of Olivier Giroud, Brahim Diaz, Fikayo Tomori, Yacine Adli and a host of other talents. However, they failed to see off the sale of two players in Andrea Conti and Samu Castillejo.
Both of them are bound to leave Milan sooner rather than later and an opening in the January transfer window seems like the best deal for Milan to bid farewell, according to reports from Calciomercato.
Castillejo’s contract expires in June 2023 whereas Conti becomes a free agent at the end of the current season in June 2022.
