"I am Zlatan", the film about Zlatan Ibrahimovic's life, will be released in Swedish theaters on September 10th.

This was announced by the AC Milan striker himself on his official channels, publishing the trailer (which you can find below) of the feature film produced by Lucky Red. The film, shot by Jens Sjogren, is based on the autobiography "Io, Ibra", written by Zlatan and David Lagercrantz.

Dominic Bajraktari Andersson will play Ibra in the period from 11 to 13 years, while Granit Rushiti will be the footballer in the period from 17 to 23 years. Ibrahimovic was involved in the project and helped with the writing of the film's script.

The film will retrace his extraordinary career, from his beginnings in the Malmoe ghetto to his exploits at San Siro with the Milan shirt. In the one-minute video you can see some of the key figures of the Swedish champion's path in the world of football, from Mino Raiola (who will be played by Emmanuele Aita) to Luciano Moggi, who brought him to Italy in 2004.
