Arsenal Midfielder is surplus to requirements by Arteta as he was loaned last season to Atleti on Loan with an option to buy but the La Liga club decided against a permanent deal as he struggled in Spanish League. Now back with the club for whom he had signed in 2018 from Sampdoria. He has had personal issues with life in London & wants a move back to either Italy or Argentina. Boca Juniors approached him too with Fiorentina & Torino too but a deal couldn't happen last winter & he stayed with Atleti & won the league with them. Argentine club showed interest in him last month as per various sources but seems like Sarri is in favour of signing him & Lazio are planning to bring him in on loan with an option to buy & London club is interested to do that.
