Speaking to reporters during PUMA's A.C. Milan third kit official presentation, new acquisition Olivier Giroud briefly spoke about what it means for him to be with the rossoneri:
"Playing for Milan is a privilege, an honor...When you see all the great players, the legends, I feel lucky to be playing for this team, especially when I used to watch players like Van Basten, Papin, Sheva who were my favorite strikers. It is obvious then, that yes, Milan was my favorite club growing up." Speaking about his acclimation to his new teammates, he said: "I received a very warm welcome from everybody in Milanello and Casa Milan, I couldn't ask for a better welcome."
He concluded speaking about Milan's new third kit: "I like it a lot...all black...Milan's insignia really stands out against the all black background"
