Genoa are working on the last details to secure a deal with Atalanta over Sam Lammers. The 24-year-old seems set to join the Rossoblu this summer. Dutch striker moved to Atalanta from PSV Eindhoven in September 2020 for a reported €7m and signed a deal until June 2023. Lammers has only played 17 times with the Bergamaschi, contributing four goals for Gian Piero Gasperini’s side.
Now He is looking for continuity and Genoa are looking for a loan deal with an option to buy the player, but Atalanta are asking for a buy-back clause in the deal, should the former Heerenveen striker explode at the Marassi.
