Fiorentina, in light of this new development, have now turned to Paulo Fonseca once again as the leading candidate for the Viola bench next season, and the Portuguese manager seems willing to accept the Florence destination. If it goes through, it would finally bring some peace and stability to a team that just saw Gennaro Gattuso leave the club after a mere three weeks as coach over transfer market disagreements.
We'll see if third time is the charm for Commisso and Fiorentina and if Fonseca will indeed be their new manager.
