Ghana coach Sellas Tetteh has singled out winger Samuel Tetteh for praise in the thrilling upset win over Argentina.
The WAFA player was explosive on the left flank with his skills and speed as he provided two assists in the 3-2 win over the young Albiceleste.
Tetteh was tormentor-in-chief and initiated a counter attack before releasing captain Clifford Aboagye to lash home for the second goal.
The 19-year-old also wriggled his way into the box before he was whacked down for a penalty which was converted by Yaw Yeboah to make it 3-0.
His performance drew sweet words from his coach.
“I’m very happy with today’s match. I was particularly pleased with Samuel Tetteh – but football is and will always be a team effort,” Tetteh said.
