Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom helped Boavista move to 4th on the league table after beating Tondela by a solitary goal.

Brazilian striker Pinheiro Andrade rose to head home the winner for Boavista on the 47 minute in the Portuguese league.

The goal was reward for Boavista’s dominance in the game and Ghana defender Samuel Inkoom who enjoyed another ninety minutes of action says he is delighted with the teams output on the day.

“It was a good game with a lot of tension but I am glad we had the mental fortitude to hold on and win,” Inkoom said after the game

“The most important thing is to get the three points and I am glad we have been able to get it here.”

The win  moved Boavista to 4th on the league table with four points from a possible six.
