Serie B club Sampdoria have confirmed the loan signing of Nigerian midfielder Ebenezer Akinsanmiro from Serie A champions Inter Milan, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The 19-year-old, who joined Inter Milan from Remo Stars in January 2023, made one league appearance for the European giants.
Sampdoria have secured the option to purchase Akinsanmiro permanently next summer, while Inter Milan have inserted a buy-back clause in the deal.
Akinsanmiro is expected to play a key role in Sampdoria's push for promotion to Serie A, bolstering the Blucerchiati's midfield with his talent and potential.
