Ghana legend Sammy Kuffuor scored full marks on his predictions after revealing Mubarak Wakaso and Andre Ayew will score against Equatorial Guinea before Thursday’s semi- final clash.
The former Bayern Munich defender is gradually building a clout as a football clairvoyant after he predicted Christian Atsu’s goal against Guinea in the quarter-final.
"We are winning again and this game I believe Ayew and Wakaso will score. We are going for the trophy, no doubt Equatorial Guinea will fall," he had said on live TV just before the game.
The 38-year-old has again predicted the Black Stars will end their 33-year wait for an African crown by beating Ivory Coast in Sunday’s dream final.
"Tell your producer to bring the barber in because in the final we are going to win against Ivory Coast, if we don't win I will shave my hair," Kuffour challenged the host of Supersport's AFCON 2015 presentation on DSTV.
"We've gone to the final how many times yet we haven't won the cup since we won our 4th title. For a very long time the people who won the cup in 1963, 1965, 1978 and 1982, the government promised to give them something but never gave them. This people have always been bitter in their hearts.
"Luckily last year, the government was able to give this people something and now I know their hearts have softened, and now look at this team that nobody gave a chance they are in the final. I believe we are going for the cup,”
