Roma continued their perfect start to the Serie A season with a win at Torino on Monday, 14 September.
The capital club had collected nine points from their opening three matches and extended that run to four successive victories in Turin. Donyell Malen put the visitors ahead during a first half in which Roma controlled much of the game.
Roma looked for a second goal after the interval, but Torino created chances of their own as they sought a way back into the match.
The result was secured late on when Niccolo Pisilli scored for the visitors before the final whistle.
Roma now have 12 points and sit top of Serie A. Torino have three points and are 14th in the table.
