Manchester City new boy Rodri believes his physicality can add something extra to the side.
The Spaniard recently joined for a club record £62.8m from Atletico Madrid, with the 23-year-old seen as the natural successor to Fernandinho in the heart of the midfield.
Rodri also has big shoes to fill at international level, with him widely viewed as the heir to Barcelona's Sergio Busquets in La Roja's engine room.

A strong first season at the Etihad will boost his hopes of playing at Euro 2020 and he has looked sharp in pre-season, patrolling the midfield with authority at the Premier League Asia Trophy.
The Citizens are 4/6 to top the standings for a third straight season and 4/1 to win the Champions League.
After so much recent success, Rodri admits there is little he can add to the squad from a technical viewpoint.
However, he believes his presence can give Pep Guardiola's side a better chance against teams who carry a physical challenge.
"I think he has lots of talented players but maybe one of the things the team can get is more physical," said Rodri during the club's pre-season tour of Asia.
"We have lots of players that are great or small and you never know if it's good or bad, but having a mix of players is always good.
"Football is changing now. It's getting more physical. It's good for me to have that physique in the position I play.
"I noticed years ago that I had to become both a defensive and an attacking player if I wanted to be good enough to be in Manchester."
