Omar Richards made his senior Reading debut against QPR in August
Reading full-back Omar Richards has signed a new contract with the Championship club.
The 19-year-old has extended his deal at the Madejski Stadium until the summer of 2021 having made his senior debut earlier this season.
Richards has started one game in the EFL Cup and one in the Championship - a 4-2 win at Derby on 4 November.
"Omar's a left-back with a lot of quality on the ball, pace and real drive," manager Jaap Stam said.
