Real Madrid defender Raul Asensio has undergone a successful operation after fracturing the tibia in his right leg.
The 23-year-old required surgery, which took place on Thursday. After the procedure, Asensio said: “I tried everything.”
Jose Mourinho visited the player in hospital, and Asensio thanked the Real Madrid manager, saying: “Thank you for the visit, Mister.”
