Galatasaray winger Rafael Leao has named Barcelona midfielder Lamine Yamal as his choice to receive the Ballon d’Or, describing the 19-year-old as “one of the best in the world”.
Yamal plays for Barcelona, who defeated Galatasaray 4-1 in the second round of the Champions League league phase.
The Ballon d’Or ceremony will take place on Monday, 26 October, in London, England.
