Sunday Nigeria's sole representative in the WAFU B women's CAF champion's league qualifiers Bayelsa Queens will trade tackles against US Des Forces Armees Ladies (USFA) in a bid to seal qualification.
The two teams fo into the contest with winning as their goals after playing two games in group B.
Bayelsa Queens top the group with four points while the Burkina Faso side sit third of the group with three points.
Past Matches
USFA Ladies put a first match 3-0 loss against Ampem Ladies of Ghana behind them to win 5-1 against Athleta Ladies of Togo on match day two.
For Bayelsa Queens, they started like a house on fire putting five pass the team from Togo in their first match and shared the spoils with Ghanaian team, Ampem in a goalless affair in the second match.
Head to head
With two matches played by the two sides, the pendulum seems to swing slightly towards the Queens. However, USFA have shown they have some firepower in their arsenals.
Players to watch
Mary Joseph has been impressive in the last two games for the Prosperity Girls. After winning the player of the match in the first game, she gave a good account of herself in the second. Edim Ediddiong who scored four in the first match can also not be overlooked.
Burkina Faso women's teams player and the just concluded Burkina Faso women's league season's highest goal scorer, Mouniratou Compaore who scored against Athleta is always a threat to any defense. The Sawadogo sisters of Balkissa and Rasmata could also pose a threat to the Nigerians.
Expectations
We expect a cagey encounter just like when Bayelsa clashed with Ampem, but a win with a slim margin is within the reach of the Nigerian club.
