PREMIER - Southampton looking to replace Ings

Southampton who sold Ings a few days back are now looking at options to replace him. As per SKY they were interested in Palace bound Armstrong but backed out because of transfer fee. Now Ekrem Konur is reporting that Ralph Hasenhuttl is interested in bringing former Eagles Striker Alexander Sorloth. 25 yr old Norway Int striker is playing in Bundesliga with RB Leipzig, where he moved last summer for  €20 million plus €2 million as add ons which was shared with Trabzonspor & Palace. Roy Hodgson signed him in 2018 from Midtylland but failed to score in PL & then he was loaned for a season to Turkish league where he won the domestic cup & also was Top scorer. RB L got him as Werner replacement but it hasn't worked for him yet & as per various Sources in Germany he has been put for sale for 15 m Euros. Now Saints are planning to raid Ralf's former club. He has also played in Norway, Netherlands &  also in Belgium on loan from Palace.
