Manchester United is said to be working on a new contract for Bruno Fernandes, with the Red Devils adamant about signing the Portugal international.
Since joining the Red Devils from Sporting Lisbon in January 2020, the 26-year-old has scored 43 goals and provided 25 assists in 81 games.
The Portuguese's current contract has four years left on it, but the 20-time English champions are expected to offer him a salary raise to reflect his significance to the squad.
Man United has been working on a possible new agreement since July, according to Italian writer Fabrizio Romano, and Fernandes is "glad to remain here."
