Manchester United’s chances of securing the services of Borussia Dortmund forward Erling Braut Haaland could reportedly hit a stumbling block if Lewandowski were to depart from German champions, Bayern Munich.

The 33-year-old forward on Saturday has allegedly expressed his desire to depart from Bayern Munich as he seeks a fresh challenge in the latter years of his career.

According to The Express, a potential departure of Polish forward would exit from Bayern searching for a replacement with Haaland believed to be their first-choice target.

The 20-times English champions, along with Chelsea, Man City, Real Madrid and Barcelona all have an interest in the Norwegian centre-forward, who will have a £65m release clause in the summer of 2022.
