In a new report by English website TeamTalk, it was revealed that Marcelo Bielsa and Leeds are now targeting midfielder Josh Brownhill.

Brownhill, currently at Burnley, has been one of the team's pillars in the midfield, attracting interest with his recent performances. A few weeks ago, it was rumored that both Aston Villa and West Ham were watching him closely, but Leeds seem to be the front-runners now, with Bielsa who reportedly has already made contact with Burnley's management.

The midfielder moved to Burnley in 2020 from Bristol City, where he became an institution, registering 145 appearances from 2016 to 2020. At Burnley he has played in 44 matches, and is yet to score his first goal for them. That first goal may never come, if Leeds are indeed successful in bringing Brownhill in.
