According to Football Insider, Jesse Lingard is high on West Ham’s transfer shortlist for a potential move at in January or possibly at the end of the current season.
Lingard has carried his impressive loan-term performances from last season well into the current season and the London club’s management is keen on bringing him back to the capital. The 28-year-old is also admired by manager David Moyes.
According to the report, West Ham would be content with any type of deal – a permanent transfer, loan deal or the loan-to-buy option.
His value has risen over the summer in the transfer market, thanks to his great form. He scored 9 goals and registered 5 assists for West Ham in the latter half of last season’s loan deal.
