Several unnamed Premier League clubs are preparing an offer of €40m for Inter midfielder Aleksandar Stankovic, according to Diario AS.
The 21-year-old Serbia international could consider a move to England if his lack of playing time at Inter continues. Stankovic is not currently pushing for a transfer, but his situation could change if he remains on the fringes of the first team.
He has played in only three Serie A matches this season, featuring for a total of 44 minutes.
Inter signed Stankovic from Brugge last summer for €23m. The midfielder’s contract with the Italian club runs until 2031.
