And the caption to the picture is even stranger. Strictly in Spanish, when translated into English it purely reads: 'Congratulations to my dwarf. Many kisses. And we will celebrate together'. Strange.
Whatever it is, Moreno appears to have no more hair to shave off that is visible, so that means that his form surely can't drop any lower... can it?
