The Oyo State Governors Cup Preliminary Qualifiers continued across the state on Monday, with some teams confirming their group stage status, gathered Nigeriasoccernet.com.
It would be recalled that some zones have already ended their preliminaries, while some are still in the final round.
Zumuratual Hujaj, Bishop Phillips Academy, Bashorun High School and Oyo Community Secondary School are part of the early qualifiers.
In the Kajola Zone, Okeho Iganna Grammar School defeated Community Grammar School, Ilua 2-0 on Monday, to get the ticket from the zone.
In Afijio Zone, Ilora Grammar School will tackle Awe High School in the Final, while Ladigbolu Grammar School and Fashola High School will play in the Oyo West Zone Qualifiers.
In Saki Zone, Baptist Senior High School and ADS Comprehensive High School will confront each other in the final game of the zone.
The Preliminary Qualifiers of the Competition is expected to end on Wednesday, 22nd May 2024 across all Zones.
