Nigeria forward Victor Osimhen has expressed his desire to one day play in the Spanish LaLiga.
Osimhen has enjoyed a perfect start to his career at French Ligue 1 outfit, Lille with nine goals and two assists in 15 appearances.
“I am a big fan of La Liga,” Osimhen told L’Equipe.
“It’s my dream to play there.”
The 20-year-old has been linked with a move to a number of top European sides but he is ready to respect his contract with Lille despite speculation surrounding his future.
“I’ve always been willing to take the next step, but I’m in Lille,” he stated.
“I love the people. If big clubs keep an eye on me, it’s great for me, but it’s up to the club to decide if I stay or leave. I will not object.”
