Napoli this season have been unstoppable particularly in the league. The Partenopei are unbeaten in the Serie A this season and with the Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen, Napoli has been the team to beat this season.
With the league resuming on January 4, former Roma midfielder, Francesco Moriero believes Victor Osimhen can fire Napoli to title glory this season.
Moriero insisted that the Nigeria international can help Luciano Spalletti’s side win their first Scudetto since 1986.
“I think Spalletti is keeping a certain balance both in the locker room and in the fans. Right now, I don’t see any teams capable of keeping up with Napoli,” Moriero told Napoli Magazine.
“Osimhen is an extraordinary player, in my opinion, he can be the key man to solve Napoli’s issues.”
The Azurri currently occupy top spot on the Serie A table, eight points ahead of holders AC Milan.
Osimhen has scored nine goals in 11 league appearances for Napoli this season.
