Nigeria striker Victor Osimhen says Galatasaray lacked intensity in the first half of their 1-1 draw with Hatayspor in the Turkish Super Lig, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Osimhen scored from the penalty spot in the 56th minute to earn his side a point, but felt they were below par in the opening 45 minutes.

"There was a bit of a lack of intensity in the first half. We let the opponent play a bit," Osimhen told the club's official website.

However, he praised the team's improved performance after the break, saying: "We started the second half very well, increased the intensity and focused on our game."

Osimhen has now scored 14 goals and provided six assists across all competitions for Galatasaray this season.
