Nigeria international Victor Osimhen has been accused of punching a journalist during a late-night outing in Istanbul, Turkey, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
According to Turkish newspaper Posta, Osimhen was leaving an entertainment venue with friends when a group of reporters, including journalist Tolga Bozduman, attempted to take his picture.
Bozduman alleges that Osimhen became aggressive, trying to take his camera away and eventually punching him in the head. Osimhen then reportedly offered to pay Bozduman to destroy the footage, and threatened him when he refused.
"I filmed Osimhen at the door with three of my colleagues," Bozduman said. "When the flashes went off, all hell broke loose. He ran towards me, screaming... The punch he threw hit me in the head. My right side still hurts."
