Oshoala makes history, scores Bay FC first penalty in NWSL

Asisat Oshoala, former Barcelona Feminine forward, has set another record in the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) by becoming the first-ever Bay FC player to score a penalty, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Oshoala's goal secured a 1-0 victory for Bay FC against Racing Louisville, with the Nigerian striker sending the goalkeeper the wrong way in the 76th minutes of the game.

This achievement adds to Oshoala's impressive record, having scored her new club's first-ever goal on her debut in the USA.

She has now scored three goals for Bay FC since joining the club.

This latest feat cements Oshoala's position as a trailblazer in the NWSL, and her goalscoring prowess is expected to continue to make waves in the league.
