English Championship side Bristol City were able to snatch a point from their game with Rotherham United thanks to a goal from their on loan Nigeria forward Peter Osaze Odemwinge

Odemwingie playing his fourth game for the team he joined to help them in their quest to escape the drop to the English League one struck in the 54th minute to cancel out Rotherham United opener in scored in the 12th minute by Matt Derbyshire.

The 34 year old lasted 80 minute before he was substituted and his goal which gave them a point keeps them one point ahead of Rotherham United in 19th on the 24 team table and brightens their chances of staying in the English Championship.

Since joining Bristol City in March he has made four appearances with two goals to his name and will most likely stay at the club if they escape relegation or move somewhere else after Stoke City confirmed he won’t be given an extension to his current deal.

He will however not be short of admirers in the summer when he becomes a free agent although at that time his will age will be 35 which might make clubs to be sceptical of offering him a deal.
