Onyedika and Osuji named in Club Brugge's Champions League squad

Club Brugge has included Nigerian duo Raphael Onyedika and Vince Osuji in their UEFA Champions League squad for the 2025/26 season, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Onyedika, a defensive midfielder, was heavily linked with a move away from the club, with Premier League sides West Ham and Crystal Palace reportedly interested.

However, Club Brugge managed to retain his services for another season.

Osuji, who joined Brugge from Swedish club Kalmar in January, has also been named in the squad.

Additionally, Nigerian-born defender Kaye Furo will have the opportunity to participate in the prestigious competition.

The Belgian outfit sure have a big task ahead in Europe as the face top teams Monaco, Atalanta, Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Arsenal in the league phase.
