Serie A outfit, Udinese have appointed Kosta Runjaic as the new head coach, succeeding Italian legend, Fabio Canavaro who guided the club away from relegation on a short-term deal, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Runjaic will debut not only in Serie A but also in a top-five European league.
The 53 year-old had stint with Darmstadt, Duisburg, Kaiserslautern and 1860 Munich, as well as more recent jobs in Poland with Pogo? Szczecin and Legia Warsaw.
He will now work with Nigeria internationals, goalkeeper, Maduka Okoye and striker, Isaac Success who are integral member of the team.
His appointment can be a day after the club announced Gokhan Inler, as the head of the technical area, and Gianluca Nani, as the group technical director.
